FAQ — Truly Bee Clean | Palm Beach County House Cleaning

Question 1

How do I get a free estimate?

Accepted Answer

Simply fill out our Free Estimate form on the Contact page or give us a call. We'll gather a few details about your home or business and provide a transparent, no-obligation quote — usually within 24 hours.

Question 2

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Many of our clients provide a key or door code so we can clean while they're at work or running errands. We are fully insured and background-checked, so you can feel confident leaving us in your home.

Question 3

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. For move-in/move-out or deep cleaning services, a week's notice is ideal. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Question 4

Do you serve my area?

Accepted Answer

We proudly serve West Palm Beach and surrounding Palm Beach County communities including Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and more. Check our Service Areas page for the full list.

Question 5

What's the difference between a standard and deep clean?

Accepted Answer

A standard cleaning covers regular maintenance tasks — vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. A deep clean goes further: inside appliances, baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, grout scrubbing, and areas that don't get attention in a routine visit. We recommend a deep clean for first-time clients or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while.

Question 6

Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring plans at discounted rates. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and a consistent cleaning team so we learn exactly how you like things done.

Question 7

Can you clean after a renovation or construction project?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our post-construction and specialty cleaning service is designed to tackle the fine dust, debris, and residue left behind after remodeling or construction work. We use professional-grade equipment to leave your space move-in ready.

Question 8

Do you clean commercial spaces?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We clean offices, retail spaces, medical offices, and other commercial properties. We offer flexible scheduling including early morning, evening, and weekend appointments to minimize disruption to your business operations.

Question 9

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the size of your home or space, the type of service requested, and the frequency of cleaning. We provide transparent, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Request your free estimate today to get an exact price.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of service unless you are on a recurring plan, in which case we can set up automatic billing.

Question 11

Is there a cancellation fee?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a small cancellation fee to cover the time reserved for your appointment.

Question 12

What cleaning products do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use professional-grade, eco-conscious cleaning products that are effective yet safe for your family, pets, and the environment. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, just let us know and we'll accommodate your needs.

Question 13

Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

Accepted Answer

No — we bring everything we need, including all cleaning products, mops, vacuums, and microfiber cloths. If you prefer we use your own supplies for any reason, just let us know in advance.

Question 14

Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. All Truly Bee Clean team members are thoroughly background-checked, insured, and trained to our high standards before entering any client's home or business. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.

Question 15

What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with any area of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. We stand behind our work 100%.

Question 16

Will I have the same cleaner every visit?

Accepted Answer

We do our best to send the same team member(s) for recurring clients so they become familiar with your home and preferences. Occasionally a substitute may be necessary due to illness or scheduling, but we always ensure your service meets our quality standards.

Question 17

How do I provide feedback after my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We love hearing from our clients! After each visit you're welcome to leave a Google review, call us directly, or send a message through our Contact page. Your feedback helps us continuously improve and recognize our hardworking team.
